Have you seen us?

I hope everyone had a good Valentine’s day–we at Monarch PT made sure to have some dark chocolate, just to stay healthy. We also gave out red roses to our clients who had appointments on the 14th.

I have been a physical therapist for 20 years and Monarch has been open for 6 years, but i just want to throw this out there (maybe i get a gold star for trying!!), we are trying to learn about technology!!

This blog is on our website and on facebook, and can be shared with others in links and in e-mails. (If you are not familiar with Facebook, we can help you!)

We are sending out a monthly e-mail to let people know what events are going on at Monarch, if you would like to be added to our list, please just e-mail www.frontdesk@monarchpt.com or call the Boerne office at 830.431.0773.

We offer a free 20 minute visit with one of our therapists, we call it “Ease your Worry”, so you can check us out and see if we are a good fit for what you need. We can schedule those for you and you can come in, or have your 20 minutes over the phone.

We have exercises on our you tube channel (just search for the butterfly icon and Monarch Physical Therapy) to learn more about myofascial release, some basic stretches, and some educational tools about your body and fascia.

We also have some free reports–either in print or e-mail/digital copies.  They talk about what to do when you have back pain, neck pain, or other ailments. Those can be picked up in the office or emailed to you as well–here is what one looks like.

Basically, we are here for you, in whatever format works best for you! In person, on-line, over the phone, or the random interaction at HEB. We are problem solvers that are here for you if you are ever in pain, or finding it hard to do the things that you love.

Blessings,

Brenda
